5' x 7'

The smallest size available, this unit accommodates the contents of a child's room furniture or small home office.

5' x 10'

This unit will accommodate the contents of a small one-bedroom apartment.

5' x 15'

This unit could accommodate the contents of a one-bedroom apartment.

7' x 10'

This unit could accommodate the contents of a larger one-bedroom apartment.

7' x 15'

This unit could accommodate the contents of a larger one-bedroom apartment.

10' x 10'

This unit will accommodate the contents of a one-two bedroom apartment.

10' x 15'

This unit will accommodate the contents of a two-three bedroom apartment or a compact car.

10' x 20'

This unit will accommodate the contents of a three-four bedroom apartment or five-six rooms. It will also accommodate a full size car or truck. Some units in this size are available with lofts for extra storage.

10' x 25'

This unit will accommodate the contents of a four-bedroom house or seven rooms. Some units in this size are available with lofts for extra storage.

Details and Reminders

  • Deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon rental contract.
  • Contracts are available month-to-month up to annual basis.
  • Ask about our current Manager's Special.
  • Active Duty Military Special available.
  • Payments are made to a secure lockbox.
  • Use your own lock to secure the unit.
  • Insuring the unit's contents is your responsibility.
  • Provide five days notice to vacate unit, remove all contents, and sweep clean in order to recover your deposit.
